         Finally we pack the new produced ABS filament into 0.45kg/1lb and 0.9kg/2lb. We modify the diameter from 3mm to 2.9mm for smoothly extruding by Ultimaker. We had test the ABS filament by the Ulitmaker and CupCNC(Makerbot). Above photos show the good printing quality which printing out by Ultimaker.

For giving better quality and wide adaption, we have built new mold to produce ABS Filament in ~2.8Xmm with 9 color options(Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple White, Black, and Gray). The famous high-quality 3D printing machine - Ultimaker could be also supported by our new ABS filament. We will pack it into 0.45kg(~1lb) and 0.9kg(~2lb) to get the better shipping rate and save postage for customers.   Here, we show a compact modular spool and its base. It was designed to fit with our ABS filament coils, and made by the 5mm PP corrugated board. it is easy to make it by hand and the material is very cheap to make several ones. You can also redesign it or use different material (such as Medium Density Fiberboard ) to fit your demands.
